| | hiked from our campground all the way to the top of douhnut falls. I'm not doing that again and neither are my kids. It's too scary. Well to the doughnut hole is fine but Josie kept going when I told her not too and she could have fallen easily. oh yeah and everyone else on the planet was doing this same hike today. ridiculous!

then I decided to walk a mile instead of cool down. I walked up a slowly progressing steep hill to 12.0 on the treadmill. Ouch. 3.0 speed the whole time. 20 minutes
speed running is so different that walking up a steep hill. Can feel the different muscles working. i'm fighting a cold as well. I keep feeling sinus pressure and I REFUSE to get another infection so I'm using flonase,(daily) aleve and psuedoephedrine (today) to fight it. well one's prevention and the others are so I can feel better to work out.blah blah blah

| | walked down to flat and did the 3 hills and walked home. That back hill's a killer. I wanted to get outside but didn't feel like running. I'm a wimp in the sun. Gotta get up early. 35minutes
Tried out my new pink triumphs. I ordered a 91/2 this time cause I wear a 9 in normal shoes now. Although I'm barely a 9 so I hope these 91/2 aren't too big. they felt fine on the TM. Just way more room in the toes which is good right?
.50 on treadmill then did hiit mama workout.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
