I thought they'd just run 1 mile and play on playgrond but they ran it all with me, even though Josie was about to die, she didn't want to leave my side. She's actually in really good shape but 3 miles was challenging. So it was slower than usual. Weather was perfect.

Then around 6pm we hiked up bells canyon with all kids but Jane. So 5 yr old-15 yr old. We hiked to the waterfall and it was the hardest hike we've taken family on. We got back to the car around 9pm. It was a challenging but beautiful experience. I was proud of my girls for doing it. The 2 oldest wanted to quit on the way up but then changed their attitudes. there were great conversations being had all the way down. Coming down was hardest for me. I need some aleve today (Sunday)

| | I probably shouldn't have done this but felt like I had too cause I can't control my eating. What is my problem?! Now I'm facing reality and thinking I need to rest my foot cause its not getting better. i also don't want to stop and rest because Lizzie is only running cause I'm waking her up and running with her and I'm so proud of her for doing it! But my foot health is most important. I'm writing this Monday after I ran 4 miles. So rest from now on.

| | Went road/mountain biking for first time with Jeff. It was harder than I thought it would be. The path was narrow and the rocks scared me. :)

| | Did Power yoga for 52 minutes and then hiked Red Pine Trail with everyone but Jane. 7 miles! 4 hours!!!!!! I love being up so high, the aspen trees, the shade. It was really hard for my kids (ages 5-15) and me but beautiful and worth it!

I keep feeling sinus pressure and I REFUSE to get another infection so I'm using flonase,(daily) aleve and psuedoephedrine (today) to fight it. well one's prevention and the others are so I can feel better to work out.blah blah blah

Josie complained most the way so I carried her at one point to the tippy top. Gorgeous view of Brighton, 3 lakes and Midway/heber started at 1:00 and got back to car at 3:45
