| | walked 3.12 miles in 51:55 at flat iron. did multiple hills with 3 pound weights. I carried them both in one hand when going down hill and sometimes flat.

| | ran around falcon a little but was sore from tues. I worked out a little with cami and josie at soccer practice. steps up, planks, abs, walking up and down hill.

| | 1:32:22 ran at 6am with Deb. We were going to run 6 and then decided to go up the trail to la caille so we ran 8!! Haven't done that in a while. I did at the JRP with Deb and ladies but they walked a lot so I wasn't even sore. I will definitely feel this one. Even though we were slow cause of trail and cause I'm just slow now days. 11:33 min mile.

| | deb's in lake powell so I ran up and down little cottonwood trail alone. its just what I needed. it's so beautiful up there. Dealing with a close friends passing yesterday.
