I did 40 Minutes on the elliptical this evening, and then I did my upper body weight trianing and then I finished up with some push-ups. At least its something and I was able to fight off my demons and get something done today.

Night run out past the T in the road and back past the Stake center and then I went another mile on canal just to run one more. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 44:28, I finished up with some lower body weight training. It was a pretty good little workout.

I ran out to Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house via canal road, I felt okay but a little tired the last few miles but I was able to get it done. My average pace was 8:59 with a total time of 54:28, I was a lot slower on the way back and that seems to be the trend as of late. I think I'm just trying to get my stamina back which is to be expected. I finished up with some Upper and Lower body weight training and then some push-ups.
