I ran out to Mini Gu Corner and then back to the house Via canal road. I felt pretty good. My Average pace was 8:24 with a total time of 51:38, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups.

I ran out to Gu Corner ansd then back to the house, I struggled a bit but that was to be expected where I ran late yesterday afternoon, but I was able to handle it and I was glad that I was bale to get out. It was a beautiful Morning. My average pace was 8:57 with a total time of 1:12:59, I finsuihed with some upper body again.
