Today started the base building back for me. I plan on doing this over the winter. Now that they have changhed the rules for gettiung into St George I won't have to do the runners series which means less hit to my pocket book. My avergae pace was easy at 8:55 with a total time of 54:25, finsihed up with some Push-ups.

A little afternoon run out past the T and then back to the house. The goal was to run for 20 minutes and then turn and head back for 20 minutes more, and it was a beautiful morning. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 40:00, I finshed up with some push-ups and some sit-ups on the big rubber ball.
