Out to Payson and back. I felt tired pretty much the whole way but I got her done. My average pace was 9:08 with a total time of 1:04:23, I finished up with some lower body weights and some push-ups. It was a beautiful morning temp wise.

Spanish Fork River Trail in the mid Morning. I felt Horrible on the way down but then the pace was better on the way up so kinda weird. My average pace was 9:14 and a total time of 56:48. I'm glad I was able to get a run in.
