| I ran the Payson Park loop but I cut out the rollers, I felt a little clunky on the way out but then on the way back I felt a little better. My average pace was 8:41 with a total time of 54:06, I was able to get in a pretty good rhythm and finished pretty strong, it is a good start to the week.

| I ran out to Mini Gu via canal road and then back to the house, I felt okay this morning and I am so glad I was able to get my butt out of bed and get her done. My average pace was marginal at 8:41 with a total time of 53:11, it was a beautiful morning.

| I ran Harrys Hill this morning, I felt a lot stronger today than last time on the uphill and the downhill, I guess the one legged squats are starting to pay off. Progress. I had one MP mile on the downhill (7:48), my average pace was 8:48 with a total time of 56:15. It wasn't my fastest time on this route but I am trending in the right direction so I just have to stay at it.

| I ran out past Gu Corner and down into the river bottoms and then back to the house the same way, after returning home I did a 2 miles loop back past the stake center via canal road. i felt pretty decent this morning and my legs seemed to handle the mileage good so i feel like I am on the right track and making progress, my average pace was 8:40 with a total time of 1:45:04. I had a pretty strong last mile which tells me I am getting back to where I was before the long lay off, but i still have some work to do.
