Harrys Hill with Bigfoot on my tail, I felt strong on the uphill but the downhill was a struggle... My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 56:24, I had 1 MP mile on the downhill at 7:55, this needs to be in the sub 7:30 range. Still a good effort. Lower body weights to finish up.

See you tomorrow.

Out to the Riverbottoms and back, same route as last week but a little less mileage. 30 Miles for the week is a mile stone for me. I haven't done that since last summer. My average pace was 8:58 with a total time of 1:39:53. I crashed a little but thats to be expected with the higher than normal mileage.

See you Monday.
