Out to Payson and back via canal road. Just tried to do the best I could and enjoy the day. My average pace was 9:26 with a total time of 48:46, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.
Out to Mini Gu corner via canal road. Tired legs but I hammered it out. my average pace was slow at 9:46 with a total time of 59:51, I finished up with some lower body weights...
Just tooling around Salem. Legs were not having today, very tired and I couldn't go as far as yesterday. Average pace was real slow at 10:04 with a total time of 43:05, I finshed up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Even though it was hard I am glad that I was able to get out.
Out towards Mini Gu but was having stomach issues and decided to turn back... My average pace was 9:24 with a total time of 41:04. It was a pretty good week for me and I hope I cab start building as the weeks go by. Its been a frustrating lazy 3 months and I have no one else to blaim but me.
