After work tM'o HD run. Wanted to head outside - then the rain came and I got lazy... Run was tough - lame - boring... But it felt good. Legs a little tight from Sat.
Early morning BSH trail run North of Rainbows. The weather scared some people off so ended up going solo. Trail a little slushy in some spots, but weather great. No rain or snow. Took the canal road out to the end and then took the higher trail back. sWEeT!
After work BSLTrail North of Rainbows with Shane. Took mid trail out and Upper back. Looks like they are cutting in some new single track on the south side... Sweet. Legs felt good. Gettin Hot out...
A nice Coastal Trail run up from Rodeo beach up to the bunkers left over from WWII. Perfect day, no wind (which is amazing), great views... J-Dog, HD, and G-doc. xTERRA Redwood on Sun.
