AM- warm up. A little lap or two before practice. 1.69 miles
AM2- Warm up with boys. Had intentions of jumping in the workout but was feeling like doodoo. Played it safe and ran some coach laps. 7.15 miles
PM- Did a modified version of the workout from the morning. 2 sets of 2x4 minute @race pace. Then some fast 45 seconds. Mixed in with Freshman and the President. 4.95 miles
