AM- Would've liked to get out on the marathon course but a 7am practice made that difficult. So I drove to my parents to be close to PVMS. I ran up Red Hills Parkway for 5 miles then turned around. I was hoping to hit some good splits after the flip but about a mile and half in, I felt flat. I was running well like 6:15-20 pace then my legs had nothing. Took 42:30 up and 36:43 back. Added a little to get to 90 minutes. 11.34 miles
AM2- Was nervous I was going to have 0 energy for the kids' workout (which is true) but I endured. They did a CV on the grass, Hill Cicuit, and another CV on the grass. Kids did great! I helped Alianna, Amelia, and Laney on the first CV. Pushed behind the boys on the Hill Circuit. Caught the last 2 minutes of the 2nd CV. Then I pushed with Kate, Elle, Katie, and Liam on their 2nd CV. I didn't feel great for my own running today but I think I had an impact on the kids. That's honestly what I care about more. Drug out another mile and a half on my own. 8.75 miles
PM- Just wanted a couple more. Hoping to get rained on. Got inspired listening to Coach Tomlin. 2.26 miles
