AM: Easy run by myself
PM: First official practice with the team. The main guys ran quick. I did not and my ankle hurt.
I was entertaining guests up on cedar mountain so I wasn't able to get out and run as much as I wanted.
AM: Ran some hills up on Cedar Mountain. I ran 10 minutes on the highway on a really uphilly stretch. Then I ran one steep hill twice and another seperate one once.
