AM- 3 on 2 Steady. Warm up. Ran around with everybody. 2 sets with Elin and Katie. 1 with Andi and Mercedes, 1 with top boys (almost killed me), 1 with Laura, 1 with Joseph, Jeric, and T Madison. Then finished hard with the top boys. Cooled with boys and Mama W. Felt pretty good. 6.9 miles 

PM- First Camp Run. Out past the hotel and down the hill with the boys. 2.36 miles

AM- Morning Routine. Hoops and slow moving on my own. 2.16 miles 

AM2- Seeing Stars. Started out with the boys and felt off. Dropped back to girls, started seeing stars and kept dropping back. Did some meditation breaks. Ended up pushing strong with Emmalee for 10 mins. 3.81 miles 

PM- Walked in the rain while kids ran across from camp on the trails.

AM- Watm up with basketball routine. .62

AM2- Took the left turn downhill and encouraged Tayson and Jeric to run with me. I really struggled on the turn around with the uphill. Didn’t help that my laces needed to be adjusted helping me fall off the group even more. Ran with Em and Mama W towards the top then caught up with the boys at the rec center then ran 10 minutes with them. Added an extension with Bridger and Holt. 5.4 miles 

PM- Just jogged past the hotel area. Stopped to stretch and meditate. Jogged it on back. 1.07 miles

Going the Distance. Mental Toughness put to work this morning. I had to work through some hernia pain (from elevation, over use, and Zac Brown). I did my best to keep up with T Madison and the boys. My goal was to never walk and just keep the legs moving. When Tayson’s group flipped I selfishly still wanted to run so I kept moving. I wanted a new distance pr on this trail. Figured the varsity boys would catch me. When I turned around 40 minutes I saw Mama W, Terin, and Em. Ended up running with Em while Mama W ran with Terin. Em was crushing and I was doing my best to keep up. 3rd time she saved my run this week. After 80ish minutes went back out with Mama W and Holt to find Jake. Best run of the week.

Call me Mr. Penalty because I could not do a lot of obstacles so I ran the extra climbs several times. Ended up with 15+ miles instead of the 13. I really moved on the flat and down hills and kept the legs moving on the crazy steep climbs. Probably won’t do another one of these, at least until I don’t have hernia problems. Proud of my efforts on the obstacles I attempted. Ross dominated! 15.11 miles
