800: I didn't feel too good but ran alright. I just need to keep up with BY and make a final kick(something I haven't used all year). 

1600: Completely forgot how to even race this since I haven't ran it in forever. I finished behind Danny, Luke, Devin, Tyson, Mason, and B-Dork.

I ran this race as a 10 mile workout because if I would have gone all out I probably would have ruined my chance of running fast for region track. So I just went out and ran a solid 10 and then waited for Jared Gentry and ran the final 3 miles with him. If I would have ran the complete race I would have run like a 1:23.
