YESSSS! I ran a solid 20 minutes when I was afraid to even jog. I am not feeling too much pain so hopefully things will work out and I can run decent at Moab RRR.
Ran slowly but consistently. Everything felt ok, just a little sore in the left ankle region.
Tested out my new Altra trail running shoes in the desert above Green Springs. Felt great and my ankle did ok.
