Did my best to stay with the boys. I did great until we got to a dirt road and I couldn’t hang. I just followed or tracked the herd the rest of the way. My hip tendonitis/hernia whatever was struggling a bit on all the rolling ups and downs. Mentally I loved the trail. Just wish I was able to stay with a group. 11.44 miles
Warm and run with girls. Despite what my pace shows I actually got moving pretty fast a couple of times. Tested if I can still run fast with limited mobility. 5.26 miles

Led the race for an extended period of time until the PV Elite boxed me in and stopped me from popping off. Still had a good time and won my age group for sure. 3.02 miles 20:29/6:46 mi
Added some more after the race. 3.17 miles
PM- Out towards SR. Did 8x2 minute pick ups to get legs moving a little. 5.46 miles
