Easy 5 mile trailer run with all the young dudes. Tyson (a Freshman) made fun of the way I run so I just might quit running now.
Easy AC run in the morning. I got 2 extra miles because I ran to and from the school.
I didn't run friday or saturday because I was having some knee problems. I will put in a full on week of all the workouts this next week, plus the Lake to Lake race.
