Easy 5 miler with Austin, Kimz, Coach, Dan, and Tyson.
I did some Old man hills today. 2 X 200s and 1 X 800, 2 sets of this.
I kind of did the Dog Pound AT. I ran hard but not for too long.
I did some track work by myself in the cold wind.
2X800's: 2:37, 2:39.
4X200's: .38, .38, .38, and .33.
I also did 4 100s but I didn't time them.
