Marieta met with Janz and Mia at Mia's house so I started my run from there. Ran through the Springs and new neighborhoods there. Connected to the trail system and on to the Dixie Center, side trail behind Chic Fila. There's a new trail section that connects close to the Skate park. Ran the COVID 200 section Aaron created then ran back the way I came and past Ava's spot. Coincidentally ran into my Mom at the cemetery. Stopped for a minute to chat. Then ran home from there. Goal was to run marathon pace and keep my chill miles under 8. Did a set of 4, 3, 2, 2 sets with chill mile in between.
