Well I got sick with a weird cough so I drank a lot of orange juice. The morning of the race I had a soar throat. I just pushed along in the race even though I felt I was going to throw up. It was miserable. I also knew the first 7 miles were way harder than the last 6 so I tried to run harder in the last 6. I bent over and threw up quickly after I finished the race. It was pure orange juice from the day before.
