AM- Smooth. Got out early and went down state street for about a mile then up to the trail. Got a little over 6 before meeting up with the coaches for another 5ish miles. Overall felt pretty good. 11.67 miles 

AM2- Border Wars. I was the only person that ran over 3 miles today. Cheering on kids. 3.87 miles
