Marathon & Spartan Training. Was gonna run part of the marathon course then home. My downhill miles weren’t that fast so I figured “if you’re not running fast, might as well run slow”. Decided to run the roller coaster trail to work on my uphill endurance. Goal was to not walk on those tall boys. 11.10 miles
