AM-,Warm morning. Saw Gaige and Porter jump into Boilers so you know I had to too. Dave and Mama W also took a dip. Felt good but tired. 4.36 miles

PM- Showed up late so I had to guess which way Aaron went to catch him mid lap. I chose correctly and we ran together from 2.5 on. Brain melting heat….5.77 miles
