Oh goodness.... 2 mile warm up on DI... Then we had 2 sets of 800's with a 200 jog inbetween.... It was toughh... I only got like three hours of sleep last night so i started to feel fatigued even on the warm up.. And then I didnt do to great on my 800's.. I just haven't had to drive lately.. I think its from tiredness thoughh... Hopefully i get better sleep!! Then a 2 mile cool down... |
