Short-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up, and just become a consistant runner again.

Run to run and be my best. Just enjoy it, and stop comparing myself to others running abilities, because it definitely discourages me!

Long-Term Running Goals:

To enjoy a very long life of running!

Break 6 min in the mile

Break 12 min in the 3200M

Break 20 min in the 5k

break 2 hours in the 1/2

Personal:

College Sophomore at SUU.

Majoring in Psychology and Sports Medicine.

Hope to be able to Coach one day, and show kids my love for running and inspire them to reach goals and do hard things they never thought they could do. I want others to feel how I feel about running.

ha me and kaylee just kept adding the miles.... we did a .5 warm up... coach told everyone who came out for the first day of winter training to do 3 and told us we could do that too... But we Kinda wanted to bump it up so we went 4.. on the run I felt so sick.. ready to throw up tons of times.. Once I got some water and rested I felt good so I asked Kaylee if she wanted to do striders so we did some fun  8 striders and then we just goofed off and did 3 or 4 more sprint type strider stuff.. it was just fun! :)

a little warm up and then a race.. Ok so a lot of us were all going to just run it and have fun...... but NOOO sierra had to race.. and then I ran it like an AT until the last little bit I raced it... haha it was fun! :)

four with some of us oldies.. We went a little faster today and we had dyllen with us and Josh Decker jumped in for a minute.. It was fun... we went down dogpound and the time flew even though it wasn't AT when we got back we did 8 striders and then dinked around some more and did 6 more! hahaha CRAZY!! then went and lifted..

5 mile to GreenSprings with Sierra. I was wayyy tired so I didn't know if I was going to be able to go all the way... But once we got up there it was soooo fun! I had a blast! I am so glad she took me on the 5 instead of a 3! hahaha

AHHH! 6x8x10x12

So coach gave us the option of doing a run or starting with one hard workout a week.. At first I really didn't want to start with workouts.. but I knew I would be bummed so I got sierra to do it with me! We both hadn't ran over the weekend so our breathing was off but it was good. She did b etter than me cause I cramped up ALL over the place! but It was good.. felt good about it!!!

3.5 down around the 2450 loop and then some striders... this week has kinda hurt. my breathing hurts and I've got side cramps up the wazoo!!

bahaha this was entertaining.... we did dog pound with the V boys! Ha it was pretty entertaining.. we stuck with them until the dog pound road... it was funny.. but i'm not so fast and I am still getting side cramps like crazyy! hahaha so me and sierra stepped down after a while and she started to get side cramps so we lost them.... but the rest of our run as fun.. nice conversation too :)

such a fun run! We ran with like a group of over 15.. with both coaches.. some varisty boys... some other boys. and like five of us girls.. it was SOO fun!! just up to greensprings 3... and when we got back we did striders... I just had some stomache cramps.. which has been the theme all week! ha

HILLS! I sucked butt too! Ha I didn't run all weekend AGAIN! so I really need to work on getting out there on saturdays! I especially wanna start going long! But it was a good run none the less. Breathing was off. Me and Sierra just ran back together.. I really love that girl just so you know!

ARGH! New shoes time! I was planning on going farther today but then my legs cramped up still and I couldn't keep up with anyone! So we only went to artic circle and back. I felt bad cause I slowed Sierra down today but I am going to get new shoes tomorrow! we lifted after! Ha thats always an adventure with sierra!

3 with rachel. :) it was a good pace. especiallly from coming back from break.. I missed the team and sierra cause I was talking  an old teacher I ran into.
