Short-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up, and just become a consistant runner again.

Run to run and be my best. Just enjoy it, and stop comparing myself to others running abilities, because it definitely discourages me!

Long-Term Running Goals:

To enjoy a very long life of running!

Break 6 min in the mile

Break 12 min in the 3200M

Break 20 min in the 5k

break 2 hours in the 1/2

Personal:

College Sophomore at SUU.

Majoring in Psychology and Sports Medicine.

Hope to be able to Coach one day, and show kids my love for running and inspire them to reach goals and do hard things they never thought they could do. I want others to feel how I feel about running.

I dont know for sure again but out to sun rise tire and then 2 200 hills up sunrise and 1 400.. once again my legs are killing me!!

EASY FOUR!! It was wayy fun.. Me rachel and Sierra went out and we just had fun and enjoyed ourselves.. I was way hyper.. it was fun! :)

Oh goodness.... 2 mile warm up on DI... Then we had 2 sets of 800's with a 200 jog inbetween.... It was toughh... I only got like three hours of sleep last night so i started to feel fatigued even on the warm up.. And then I didnt do to great on my 800's.. I just haven't had to drive lately.. I think its from tiredness thoughh... Hopefully i get better sleep!! Then a 2 mile cool down...

Holy hannah green springs six sucks on the way out there but on the way back its a blast!!!! haha slow six but I'm hoping my legs loosen up by next week!

I think six miles.. Coach asked us a really good question.. How do you do repeats without a watch??? Ha I DONT KNOW I think my mom needs to know about that! Coach corrected my form which i think is why my shoulder has been hurting.... but hopefully i can fix that!
