Nice easy run today. I ran nine miles at an 8:00 pace at a 0.5 incline. When I first started running I was adjusting my wire for my head phones and almost fell off the treadmill that hurt a little. This week goal is 70 miles, so please pray I will survive :).  Anyway, I have something to ask. Kory and I were talking about being addicted to running or even exercising and I would like other people thoughts on it. He was telling me that when you really are addicted to running that it takes over your whole life and all you think about is running or even exercising. I agree, but I would like some more input on this. So please tell me what you think I am very interested in what you all have to say. Also, where do you draw the line on being addicted or just wanting to keep in shape for running and wanting to do good? Thanks and have a great night!!

Ran nine miles at a 7:56 pace with an 0.5 incline. But i think i am going to have to take a break from running. Why, you ask. Good question, well the last pair of shoes (Saucony Trigon 4) i bought started giving me a blister and i though i could run through it. I have found out the hard way, no i can not. It keeps getting worse and so i think i will talk to my wife and she what she has to say. Thanks for reading!

Well I did talk to my wife and she told me to soak it in Epson salt and white vinegar. So I did and I thought I could still run because it felt better. I was wrong way wrong. So now I am thinking about taking a couple of days off from running and see if I can run on it then. But mean while I will be soaking it and praying that God will heal it fast for me. One thing about the human body that really bugs me it when it gets hurt it takes for ever to heal. So my mileage goal this week will be (?). So thanks for reading and have a great day!

P.S. If anyone has a better idea what to do with an open soar on a foot, please let me know.

I was trying to finish off the week with 40 miles. My pace was 8:00 with a 0.5 incline. I am also thinking about running 60 next week, but i am not sure because my Saucony keeps giving my left foot blisters. So anyway that is the plan, thanks for reading and have a great day!!
