Well I did talk to my wife and she told me to soak it in Epson
salt and white vinegar. So I did and I thought I could still run because it
felt better. I was wrong way wrong. So now I am thinking about taking a couple
of days off from running and see if I can run on it then. But mean while I will
be soaking it and praying that God will heal it fast for me. One thing about
the human body that really bugs me it when it gets hurt it takes for ever to
heal. So my mileage goal this week will be (?). So thanks for reading and have a great day!
P.S. If anyone has a better idea what to do with an open soar on a foot, please let me know.
Barry, I have used blister patches (they actually feel like skin) -- you can find them in the band-aid section of pharmacies and groceries. They will stay on for up to two days (even when running) and they have some pain relieving ointment on them as well.
