A.M.: Ran 8 1/2 miles this morning on the t-mill at 58:58 with a 1.5 incline. I could have run outside, but I was scared of falling on the ice. I do have to say that I am amazed on how much more sweating I did this morning. All I did was adjust the incline from 1.0 to 1.5 and it seamed like I was sweating double the amount, crazy.  Anyway, one more four mile run this afternoon.

P.M.: Ran four miles outside. :-)

Also, I lost two more pounds, now I weigh 143. Is that a good thing?

Run outside. There's no ice now. Everything melted.

Hey weight loss depends are you at a good runners weight then prob ok 2lb here or there but if your on the lean side just be carefull, I could do with losing more than 2 LOL

I agree with Samantha... Since your lean now you wouldn't want to lose anymore weight, because you have to be careful it's not muscle mass.

Even with me I'm concerned about myself and trying to stay at a set weight and not drop. You tend to get weaker the more you lose if you don't have any to lose, and can become injury prone. That could be my problem.
