Another ten mile run today, my pace was 7:33. I can sure tell i need an ice bath, and i need one really bad. Both my legs are really sore. Anyway, my wife and i went to the movies last night and boy was it a sad movie. I think everyone watching that move was crying. Can you guess the name of the movie? The name of the movie was "My sisters keeper." So i guess what i am saying is if you want a good cry go see that movie. Not much planned for today, work and then tonight my wife wants me to go with her to a dance class. I am not really sure if i want to do that, but to make her happy i think i will go. I had a good run this morning with Kory. I was wanting to run between 7:15 to 7:20 pace and i did that with a 7:15 pace :). Legs felt a little sore, but a lot better than yesterday run. Let me tell you that is a good thing! Well, here is my times per mile and overall pace.

Nice relaxing run this morning, my overall pace was 7:32. Not much planned for tonight, rest and carb. up for my long run tomorrow of 18 miles. I have decided not to run a marathon this year and maybe not even next year. This is something i have prayed about and feel that this is the best thing for me. So i will stick with my 1/2 marathon, 10K and 5K for now. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
Today's run was fun. I started out a little slower and that made a big difference at the end of my run. At the end of my run i did not feel like dieing, which let me tell you that is a good thing! Morning: Ran 10.25 miles this morning. Nice easy run with my
pace at 7:25 pace. I did not get home from Lagoon until 12:30 A.M. and
i was a little tired when running, but not too bad. Not much going on
today, work and rest.

three miles on the t-mill at a 0.5 incline at an 7:57 pace. Legs were a little tired, so that is why i

Another ten mile day with my pace being at 7:37 per mile. Today i was really stiff and had a very hard time getting into a relaxing run. I would say that it took until mile nine for me to start feeling comfortable. Anyway, another day of work and rest. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
I had a good run with Kory and Bill. But my problem was that my left quad was hurting and could not keep up with them. Around mile seven Kory and Bill passed me that is when i asked prayer from them.From then on the pain slowly went away, which is a good thing. I did end up running running a PR for this eighteen mile course. I also did something different by drinking water every 1/2 mile and i know that made a big difference.
Kory and I had a good run of ten miles this morning, my overall pace was 7:35. I was really proud of myself today, because the last mile of my ten was a 6:38. Anyway, not much planned for today, maybe some yard sale shopping and a nap. Thanks for reading and have a great weekend! :-)....

Today's run was painful. Why you ask? I am glad you asked.
My next race coming up is the Pocatello Half marathon course and today run
involved running the hardest part of the course forward then backward. And
compared to last week run this one was not very fun at all. As you can tell by
my times. But, by the grace of God I did finish and just woke up from my almost
two hour recovery nap. But I would like to pose a question to you all and get
your opinion. I have notice that when running down hill or even up hill my run
better than running slightly down hill. For example I can keep a pace at 7:15 to 7:30 on flat, but when I am running
slightly down hill I am running about an 8:00
minute mile. I talked this over with Kory this morning and he told me that we
use different muscles when running and the muscles we use up, down and flat are
different that the one we use for running down hill slightly and I am not use
to using those muscles very much. I have to agree, but I would like your opinion

Good run this morning. Kory and i started out together and i ended up running by myself, which is ok with me because Kory is training for the Pocatello Marathon. My overall pace was 6:52, which is really good compared to how i was feeling yesterday. Today's run was on a different course, more down hill. Today i have a lot planned, performing a wedding and then becoming a DJ after that. Anyway thanks for reading and have a great day!
Today was my day of rest and it was really nice to have. I took one nape in the morning and then went to church and one nape in the afternoon after church. Then i went and did my chaplain stuff and then relaxed the rest of the evening. Thanks for reading and have a great week! :-)
Nice easy eight miles today at an 7:31 pace. I am cutting back my mileage because i will not be running a marathon just the half. Today's run felt really good. I did some speed work and i think i did really good. I did a two mile warm and 5 at 4 minutes at a 6:30 pace then a four mile cool down with 8 100m at a 6:30 pace. With a total mileage of 9.13 and i felt really good doing them. I think this will really help my running out a lot. Thanks for reading and have a great day :-).
