Morning: Had a good run this morning, my pace was 7:10. Just when I was done running this morning I saw Bill Mandler running up Franklin Street, but he was too far away from me to say HI to. Have a great day!

 

Evening: Another day of running on the t-mill. My pace was 7:05 with a 0.5 incline. This will be my last two day for a little while and i am happy. Now i need to start getting ready for my trip.Have a good night!

My legs were really tired this morning. My first mile was an 7:55, but after that my legs started to warm up and i was able to get an 7:08 average. No second run today and i am glad because  i need a break from two a days. Anyway, not much planned but work and get ready for my trip to Vegas. My plan was to run three miles today, but four sounded better. I ran four miles at a 7:14 pace. I know I should have run slower, but I was trying to run on tired legs. I have a lot planned for today, I am working at a fund raiser for my church and then I am doing some pre-marital counseling with a couple who are getting married in September and then I am hopefully going to have time to go to a movie today. Morning: Ran 9.25 miles at a 7:10 pace then i decided to run another 9.25 in the afternoon.

Afternoon: Ran another 9.25 at a 7:16 pace, this time i had to deal with a lot of rain and that really sucked. But the good news was that there was very little wind. My goal for this week is 80 miles, so guess you could say that i have a good start. :) Thanks for reading and have a great night!

Had a nice easy run this morning with Kory. My pace was 7:27, my body feels like i am running at 40 - 50% back from being sick. But with prayer and the medication i am on will help me get back to 100%. Not much planned for today, Church, going out to eat, rest and a movie. I decided that i needed to start back running a little more slowly so today i will be running four miles today and then working my way back up. I ran four miles at a 7:21 pace, i am still feeling like i am in the 45 to 55% range. But i am getting better, which is a good thing! Anyway not much planned for today work and rest. Nice easy ten miles today, my pace was 7:29. Anyway, i went and saw the movie Transformers 2 and it was awesome. Did say awesome? It was awesome! I think i liked better than the first Transformers. Ran fourteen miles today. Today my legs were really tired. I had a very hard time keeping them going, my overall pace was 7:32. I am not sure if it was my ten miler yesterday or i did not get an complete ice bath in. But today's run had a lot more hills than what i am use to, so maybe that is some of the problems. Anyway, not much planned for today, work and get ready for my sermon on Sunday. The pastor is away and i was asked to preach in his place, so now i will be spending a couple of days getting ready. No running today, I enjoyed a nice day of rest. I think the sermon went ok, not much feed back. But I am thinking about a new running schedule. I was running 60 miles one week and then 70 the next and then 80 then going back down to 60 again I am now thinking about running 60, 65, 70,75,70,65,60.
