No running today, I enjoyed a nice day of rest. I think the
sermon went ok, not much feed back. But I am thinking about a new running schedule.
I was running 60 miles one week and then 70 the next and then 80 then going back
down to 60 again I am now thinking about running 60, 65, 70,75,70,65,60. If
I figure right I would be running more miles the new way and that is better for
me. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading and have a great week!
