Barry, it all depends on things but generally I think if you ran as slow as 8:30 min pace on recovery days and ran 7-7:30 when doing higher end aerobic and steady state running you would do well with that. 1.5 hrs at steady state but not straining... builds tremendous stamina especially at the half marathon distance.

I am sorry, but i can not go running with you tomorrow. I am just feeling way to sick right now. I think i am going to take three days off from running so my body can heal and pray that that will be enough time. Sorry.
