It's usually not too bad this time of year. Winter and Spring are the worse times around here. Hope it eases up for you. Nice running this week!

We are planning a long run on Saturday on running the Pocatello Marathon course. I am not sure what time, but i will let you know. I am planning on running 13 - 14 miles and Kory is planning on 18+.
