Morning: Ran 9.25 miles at a 7:10 pace then i decided to run another 9.25 in the afternoon. Afternoon: Ran another 9.25 at a 7:16 pace, this time i had to deal with a lot of rain and that really sucked. But the good news was that there was very little wind. My goal for this week is 80 miles, so guess you could say that i have a good start. :) Thanks for reading and have a great night!
