I had a good run this morning, my pace was 7:14. I will write more later after i take my afternoon nap and it will be a long nap! Here is a list of my time per mile.

Thanks Steve,

I have run a 22 mile once, but i did not drink enough water and my kidneys almost shut down. But today's run hurt the last two miles and it took everything i had to finish the run. But i did it and i am very proud of myself now! Good luck tomorrow!
