Nice relaxing run this morning, my overall pace was 7:32. Not much planned for tonight, rest and carb. up for my long run tomorrow of 18 miles. I have decided not to run a marathon this year and maybe not even next year. This is something i have prayed about and feel that this is the best thing for me. So i will stick with my 1/2 marathon, 10K and 5K for now. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

I know you could do a full right now but something tells me that you are making a good decision. For right now. Maybe in the fall?
