Another ten mile day with my pace being at 7:37 per mile. Today i was really stiff and had a very hard time getting into a relaxing run. I would say that it took until mile nine for me to start feeling comfortable. Anyway, another day of work and rest. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Bill, looks like we will be running Friday morning i am thinking around 5:30 a.m. when i pick up Kory at home. We will be running the Pocatello Marathon course, i think. I will be running 18 and Kory will be running 20 miles. I hope you can run with us.
