Today's run felt really good. I did some speed work and i think i did really good. I did a two mile warm and 5 at 4 minutes at a 6:30 pace then a four mile cool down with 8 100m at a 6:30 pace. With a total mileage of 9.13 and i felt really good doing them. I think this will really help my running out a lot. Thanks for reading and have a great day :-).

Sam, I was really tired after my run today, so i took a nap. How is your hectic life going?

Marion, Thanks i am trying to work on my speed problem, or there lack of. I know how strange of me being a DJ :-). I do have to say that it is not a career change.

I think it sounds FUN! My husband would love to DJ something. What exactly do you do for a living? I have little bits and clues, but not a solid picture :)

Marion,

I remanufacture toner cartridge. And for a part time job i perform weddings and DJ. Then my other job that i do not get paid for is running. So my plate if full. Are you a teacher?

From marion on Thu, Jul 30, 2009 at 17:17:12 from 71.219.52.63

Cool jobs :) I am mainly a full time mom (teacher), but I do lead meetings for Weight Watchers(teacher) and I am a teacher at my church. So I guess that I do a lot of teaching each week, most of which I do not get paid for :) I used to HATE teaching and speaking in public, but now I LOVE it :)

So do you perform weddings for your church?

From Barry on Fri, Jul 31, 2009 at 12:38:16 from 67.61.238.49

To perform wedding in Idaho you have to be an ordained minister. So i am ordained through my church and I work along side a friend that owns a place where he does weddings and other stuff. Here is the website to his place http://www.mml-llc.com/index.html. Also, are you training for a triathlon?

YEs I am training for a Tri :) Sept 12th :)
