Today's run was fun. I started out a little slower and that made a big difference at the end of my run. At the end of my run i did not feel like dieing, which let me tell you that is a good thing! Well i am off to a family reunion this weekend and then on Sunday i will be going to Lagoon. Which is an amusement part in Utah. Thanks for reading and have a great weekend!

Thanks, the family reunion was ok. There was a lot of people i do not remember there names, so i did not take much to them. But the food was good.

Great Run Barry, you need to do a race as those splits are awesome, even if you do a 10k, I think you need to race see how you do as to do 5.30 min miles on the start of an 18 miler thats amazing......
