My run this morning was good. My left quad still is sore and i have to drink a little water every half mile to help with the pain. Other than that not a bad run at all, my overall pace was 7:27. Not much planned for today, work and rest. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Barry your saying soar which means "flying in the air" it's actually "sore". Just wanted to give you a hard time because I can. :-). My blog writing isn't any better. Maybe try ice on the soreness.

barry this is rachel you made a comment on my blog and yes i am training for the st george marathon i am hoping to get under three hours five minutes but we will see i do not want to jinx myself
