4:30 A.M.: I ran six miles at a 7:40 pace. Three of them at a 7:30 pace and three at a 8:00 pace with a 0.5 incline and 75 sit-ups
12:00 P.M.: Ran six miles at a 8:00 pace at a 0.5 incline. Legs were a little soar, but not too bad. Next week i am planing on running 65 - 70 miles. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
