Today's run was really nice. I ran eight miles at an 8:06 pace with three of the miles at a 0.5 and the next three at a 1.0, then the last two at a 0.5 incline. I just felt really good. Anyway, after running my mom and I went to lunch and while I was eating my salad I found out the hard way that there was a piece of wood in my salad. I did not know what to do so I waited until our waitress came back and I then showed her the piece of wood. Within five minutes she came back with ten dollars in gift certificates and a free salad coupon with purchase of entrée. I thought that it was just wired thing that happened. So I took the money and finished my meal and left. Anyway thanks for reading and have a great day!!!

My legs were a soar today. So i did not have any incline on the treadmill and my pace was 07:56.13. Now i have to back to work after a four day weekend and i am not looking forward to that. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Today was a speed work out for me. My plan says to run five miles at a 7:00 pace, but i am not really ready for that work out just yet. So altered it a little to best help me and get the best workout without dieing.

Today my leg was hurting so i did not have any incline on the treadmill today. I ran eight miles at 07:57.38 pace.  i did take a nap after i ran and i do feel a lot better, i am not so tired at work now! Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day! :)

Today's was good. I ran ten miles at a 8:04 pace with a 0.5 incline. I was thinking about running 50 miles this week but i think i will run 55 instead. I have started a new program of getting up early and running then taking a nap before i go to work. Let me tell you that makes a world of difference for me. Morning: I ran eight miles at a 8:06 pace. I am sure am having a hard time running in the morning, but i will adjust. I also did 100 sit ups. :)

Afternoon: Ran an easy five at an 8:00 pace. I sure like running in the afternoon compared to running in the morning. But at this point i have no choice. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day! :)

Nice easy run today. I decided that next week i am going to cut back on my mileage, so that is why i did 60 miles this week. My pace was 8:06 with no incline. I sure am having a very hard time wanting to run more than 60 miles, i am not sure why. Any suggestions? Anyway i bought new shoes the two pair i have been running in hurt my feet so i decided to go back to Saucony shoes. The shoes i bought they did not have in my size so i decided to buy a half size bigger and they are working good so far. I guess we will have to wait and see how they do later on.
