Nice easy run today. I decided that next week i am going to cut back on my mileage, so that is why i did 60 miles this week. My pace was 8:06 with no incline. I sure am having a very hard time wanting to run more than 60 miles, i am not sure why. Any suggestions? Anyway i bought new shoes the two pair i have been running in hurt my feet so i decided to go back to Saucony shoes. The shoes i bought they did not have in my size so i decided to buy a half size bigger and they are working good so far. I guess we will have to wait and see how they do later on. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!
