Today's was good. I ran ten miles at a 8:04 pace with a 0.5 incline. I was thinking about running 50 miles this week but i think i will run 55 instead. I have started a new program of getting up early and running then taking a nap before i go to work. Let me tell you that makes a world of difference for me.
