Today's was good. I ran ten miles at a 8:04 pace with a 0.5 incline. I was thinking about running 50 miles this week but i think i will run 55 instead. I have started a new program of getting up early and running then taking a nap before i go to work. Let me tell you that makes a world of difference for me. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!!

What time do you get up and run? You should ran out in the chilly weather with me. :-)

Marion, thanks. I sure love naps after running.

Kory, I was getting up at 5:15 now i getting up between 4:00 and 4:15. But i can now function better at work by taking a nap. :) Thanks for the offer to run with you, but i like to run on my treadmill with the warm weather inside..

good run! i am also a huge fan of napping after i run. my best friend knows not to call me on saturday's because my long runs require long naps. on the weekends i say i get to nap as long as i run :) or at least lay around that long. 20 milers are way more enjoyable when you get 3 hours to lay around after!
