Today run will be a two part day. I will be running six miles at lunch and five miles after work. Lunch, My run at lunch was a good run, but i am a little tired now. My pace was 06:26.83. So i might be a little soar for my after work run. After Work, I was tired and wanted to go home, so i ran kinda fast. My pace was 06:26.80. But if you add my six mile time with my five mile time together, my pace was 6:26 per mile. Not too bad if i say so myself.. Have a good night.

| Pain, soar and holy cow i am really hurt. My run yesterday really put me in the pain zone today. My pace was 7:13 and i could not run any faster than that.. |

| Today i took my run nice and easy, my pace was 7:28. I was still a little soar but doing OK. |

Ran another easy day :). I think my legs needed some relaxing days like this, thanks Kory. My pace was 07:23.83. Plus I ran with some new shoes, I think that my old shoes were hurting me more than helping me. |

Nice easy run today. I tried something new today it is a before and a after drink for exercising. I feel that it really helped a lot. I am not even tired or soar :). My pace today was 7:19. Tomorrow I am going to run eight because last week I ran nine and my body really did not feel up to running that much, so I am cutting back this week. |

I had the opportunity to run with Kory yesterday on the
Pocatello marathon course. I did not do too badly, about five of the eight
miles the road was like an ice skating rink. I do have to Praise God for helping us through
the slick road, and helping us not to fall on our face. Just before we left to
go running the wind was horrible, the last I heard we were getting winds around
thirty miles an hour. But God worked it
out that we only ran in the wind for a little bit, not too much. On my last
mile I was trying for a 6:3? pace but that did not work out. My last mile was a
7:05. My over all pace was a 7:13, which I not bad because on mile four I was
running an overall pace of 7:3?. So with
all the problems I really did have a fun time.
