Ran a solid 3 miles today!!!  No stops or slowing down.  Even bumped my pace up a few times.

Really had to talk myself into getting on the treadmill.  My i-pod was dead and the kids did NOT want a movie on, so it was just me, my breathing and the dots on the treadmill.  GLAD to have it done!

So, today was an off day for me, but I decided to walk on the treadmill while the kids played.  I put it at a 3.5 speed and 1.5 incline.  I read my new RunnersWorld magazine as I walked, which made it much more enjoyable.  Afterwards did a little lower body toning.

It took all day for me to get myself on the treadmill, but finally I did it.  I ran 3.25 and bumped my speed up each lap.  Accidently started on an incline (left over from my walk yesterday) so it was a bit of a hard start.  Glad to be done for the day!

2 miles walking on the treadmill.  Enjoyed reading a book at the same time.  Did 30 minutes of lower body toning afterwards.  Plan to run 4 tomorrow - hope it happens!

Jumped on the treadmill today while the twins were at preschool and the baby napped.  I knew I needed to be a little speedier than normal so I pushed myself and my legs are really feeling it now.  I was happy to have 4 solid miles in today and hope to do that again on Thursday.  It's hard and often frustrating to be rebuilding the mileage, but I'm just happy to be back among the running.

Okay, so I didn't make it outside for my run today, but I did force myself on the treadmill.  I forgot to charge my i-pod so I found my little old running radio, but at least it's better than hearing myself breath the entire time.  The run felt pretty good and I'm glad I've been able to add on the 4th mile this week and still be okay.  I'm planning on meeting the ladies for my run on Saturday, which will be outside - yahoo!

2 mile walk on the treadmill.  My 4 year tripped and fell on the treadmill while I was walking and got a pretty good burn out of it.

Met the ladies this morning - oh it was so nice to run outside!  A little windy but it felt great to be out.  The run felt pretty good - I wasn't going to die- yahoo.  Hopefully this is a sign that it will start getting better.

Took a while to get the baby to sleep, but finally managed to get on the treadmill.  I was hoping to feel wonderful and go 4, but it got hot (my treadmill sits right under an air vent and with the snow outside the heater was definitely working).  I ran at a decent pace for me right now and finished feeling pretty good.  Plan to do some toning later tonight!

Got my running done early this morning.  Had all 3 boys down playing and wondered exactly how I was going to pull it off.  They surprised me and did really well.  I only had to jump off twice to help the baby!  I pushed and did 5 miles today - the most I've done at one time in over a year - so I felt really good about that.  However, I know I'm still extremely out of shape because my face is as red as as tomato.

Feeling pretty good after my 5 miles yesterday.  Decided to take it easy and walk on the treadmill this morning.  Got some good reading in and the kids were pretty good.

Pushed myself through 3.5 miles on the treadmill.  Loved that my kids were totally happy playing the entire time so I didn't have to jump off and solve any problems, which makes for a much more enjoyable run.  Excited to head outside with the ladies tomorrow.

Was super excited to be outside and to run with the ladies this morning.  My sister Jody joined us after she ran the 8 miles to my house.  It was fun to have her long.  We did a new route this morning, which was nice for the change, but tough on my legs.  I just have to be mentally prepared for what I'm running and I wasn't expecting the change.  It was a good run even if it was colder than I had hoped for.  It was a great start to the day!

Ran on the treadmill while the baby slept.  Put it on an incline for 2 miles - amazed at how well I did (I hate hills of any kind).  Ran the last mile a little faster than normal - yahoo!

Walked on the treadmill today.  Set it on an incline and worked up a sweat.  Luckily, I was able to get some good reading done at the same time!
